This is my set menu for any event my table will be located. Though I do have my roots in French cuisine being taught at Le Cordon Bleu. So what this means is what you want is what I will make, from bringing this menu to your block party, or a Prie Fixe menu for your special day, or even lunch service or delivery for your busy office.
Wok Fired Proteins
Pork - $12
Chicken - $10
Tofu - $12
*served with steamed white rice
Fried Rice - $9
Kolaczki - 2 for $3
Iced Green Tea - 16 Oz - $3
Also severed as Milk Tea - $4
*taxes not included
Desserts
Kolaczki - a traditional polish cookies with a few twists, extremely soft cream based cookie.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu in 2010-2011 to be classically trained in French cuisine and to get my baring's. After culinary school I found myself in a rut not knowing which food I truly love. This means I tried almost everything out there and learned a bunch. It is true I eventually landed on Chinese/Taiwanese food but I know and love quite a few others. If this isn't your favoirte type of food for a party, let me know. I'm sure we can figure something out to make everyone happy, after all isn't that what its all about?
